So much for saying something and still doing nothing.
I may be retiring soon from the education business perhaps free time and absolutely NO excuses will be the old kick in the pants.

BG 130 this am what the heck??? however, with the better eating regimen ( lots of Greek yogurt) I am feeling less tired. Even at work I am not so agitated and grumpy. what a feeling!!!!Next week I am going to participate in a charity fundraiser walk so today and tomorrow I am treadmilling( this word will be in Webster's newest edition). It has been a while so hopefully I won't be moaning about aches and pains.

Need to mention I am taking Jillian Micheals detox and cleanse formulas. I started the first of the series on Sat afternoon. ps her book "master your metabolism" has been guiding me for a few weeks. The pantry was emptied of all "food crap".

I have read plenty of "health" type books and have done plenty of programs, Jenny, Weight Watchers, and Curves. Nothing really has stayed with me. So I am blending and doing my own thing.

And today I woke up and didn't feel exhausted. This is a positive sign.
All ready out of control
Folding cycle was put together so I followed through on one thing and I used it for five minutes
So good yesterday until dinner time then I went to Wendy's ouch

this morning BG 135 not super good

Today the fight continues. I will do my best to win the battle today.
